Do I need to be there on the day to win?
The major prize is drawn at random on Saturday 13 June at P3 Shellharbour. You don't have to be present. If you win, we'll contact you via the email or phone number you provided. But the free contrast pools, taste testing and giveaways all happen on the day, so come along!
What's included in the free contrast pools pass?
Every entrant gets free access to our magnesium contrast pools on the Grand Opening day. The pass is valid on 13 June only and must be used before 1:00 PM.
What is contrast therapy and why should I try it?
Contrast therapy alternates between warm and cold pools to stimulate circulation, ease soreness and help reset body and mind. Our pools range from a hot bath through to an ice bath, and our team will guide you through it.
Who can enter the competition?
Entry is open to New South Wales residents aged 18 and over, with a limit of one entry per person. Employees of P3 Recovery and their immediate family members aren't eligible.
What happens after I enter?
You'll go straight into the draw for the major prize. We'll also keep you posted with opening offers.
The fine print
Terms & Conditions
Promotion Period
Starts 27 May 2026 and ends 11:59 PM AEST on 12 June 2026. All entries must be received within this period.
Eligibility
• Open to New South Wales, Australia residents aged 18+.
• Limit of one entry per person.
• Employees of P3 Recovery and their immediate family are not eligible.
How to Enter
• Complete the entry form, including your full name and contact details.
• The free contrast pools pass is valid on the Grand Opening date (13 June) only, and must be used before 1:00 PM.
Prize Details
Total prize value approx. $3,000 AUD. Includes 12 months of P3 Essential Membership at P3 Shellharbour and the ultimate recovery pack.
Prize Conditions
• The 12-month membership must commence within 30 days of winning.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The recovery pack must be collected or redeemed in-centre.
• In the event that the prize winner is an existing active member of P3 Shellharbour, their recurring billing cycle will be paused for the duration of the prize, and the 12-month free membership will be credited directly to their account.
Prize Draw
• Drawn at random on Saturday 13 June 2026 at P3 Shellharbour, witnessed by at least one independent staff member.
• Winner contacted via the email or phone provided. If unreachable within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

All data is managed in accordance with the P3 Recovery Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfilment and only with consent.
