We provide a range of pool temperatures: Hot Bath (35-40°C), Warm Bath (28-34°C), Cold Bath (10-15°C), and Ice Bath (5-10°C) to cater to different therapy requirements. Safety and customised guidance are emphasised, especially for those with specific health conditions.

What is an Infrared Sauna and why should I use one?

Infrared saunas at our P3 Recovery Centres differ from traditional saunas by using infrared radiation to directly warm the body, offering a more comfortable experience. Users should stay hydrated and monitor their body’s response, especially during pregnancy or if they have certain medical conditions. Recommended usage frequency can be tailored to individual needs. Infrared saunas generally operate at lower temperatures than traditional saunas, making them more comfortable for many users.

What is the Performance Lounge and why should I use one?

At our P3 Recovery Centre’s Performance Lounge, Normatec compression boots, with sequential pulse technology, enhance blood circulation, reduce soreness, and aid recovery. Ideal for use before and after workouts, they help with conditions like oedema and deep vein thrombosis. Sessions typically last 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times weekly, tailored to individual needs. The boots have adjustable settings for comfort. Additionally, massage guns offer a convenient way to relieve muscle tension but aren’t a substitute for professional massage therapy.

What is Contrast Therapy and why should I do it?

At our P3 Recovery Centres, contrast therapy involves alternating between warm and cold pools, tailored to each individual. It’s essential for safe practice to consult with healthcare professionals, particularly for certain conditions. While beneficial for injury recovery and circulatory issues, caution is advised during pregnancy. The centre features four pools with varied temperatures: Hot Bath (35-40°C), Warm Bath (28-34°C), Cold Bath (10-15°C), and Ice Bath (5-10°C).

What is Breath Work and why should I do it?

Breathwork at our P3 Recovery Centres involves controlled breathing techniques to improve physical and emotional states, including stress reduction and enhanced mental clarity. While generally safe, some may experience mild discomfort. The number of sessions required varies depending on the health condition. Our P3 Recovery Centre’s offer various services tailored for athletes and physically active individuals as well as large group bookings. These include ice bath contrast therapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy, a hyperbaric chamber, breathwork workshops, and IV therapy.
